VIX 14, RUT down 15 points, Something unusal

VIX has risen to 14 points, RUT is down by nearly 15 points (thanks to trade management plan, my Put legs were filled for $0.20/spread). Also something is brewing in GLW and MRVL. MRVL 17.5 calls are active and GLW 22.5 Puts are active (8600 vs 596 OI). Check out.

    VIX is down , SPX has moved up and will go higher, it was a small pullback after a rapid climb.
