There are plenty of plays to check out before market opens, specially from intraday trading perspective. Here is a quick list to consider-

Pre-Market Gainers: TRCR, FRPT, TXN, CPO, WHR,PCAR, ESRX, MHS, PH, ALB.

Pre-market Losers: UCIT, RMD, IIVI, LXK, CMCSK, CSL, X, IPS, MICC, TGT

One easier way is to have fib set-up ready and clearly defined entry and exit points. For instance, ESRX is about to break out and if it can continue to hold gains, we have a breakout play. The same approach may be used for losers where you may identify support areas in advance and play intraday.
