Some of OptionPundit Readers from India shared with me about this big Housing Plan by Indian local government body called DDA (Delhi Development Authority). Similar to Singapore’s Housing Development Board (HDB), India’s DDA Flats are an affordable answer to the big middle class.
This was even more interesting as we saw gloomy housing starts data in US, while on the other hand this DDA Housing Draw attracted approximately 100 application for each apartment. The DDA announced housing draw results on December 16, 2008.
